The project deals with defining rules and tools to enable the automatic quoting of the products and systems, in order to limit the economic impact of the estimating phase for a company.
The research led to the development of some software applications to support the estimating and design phases of modular systems and plants, including:
- Estimate 4.0 - (SKEMA SpA) - Management software for the estimation of low voltage electrical switchboards with the possibility of generating the list of electrical components and mechanical parts in direct connection with the company PLM system.
- SkemaQ Dimensioning - (SKEMA SpA) - Configuration software for low voltage switchboards by the end user.
- App SkemaQ Dim - (SKEMA SpA) - IoS configuration app for low voltage electrical switchboards by the end user.
- ProPlant - (Softech Software & Technology e Scolari Engineering) - Application for generating layout of roasting plants in direct connection with a CAD software.
- PlantConfigurator - (Carle & Montanari SpA) - Software used to generate estimates for industrial plants for the production of cocoa.
